Though it is difficult to contemplate death, it is of great importance to plan in a manner that provides for loved ones. At Irons & Irons, we make it our business to understand our clients' financial affairs. We seek to protect their assets and to see that they are distributed in accordance with their wishes at death.

When we plan an estate, we offer a package to clients that includes a Durable Power of Attorney, a Health Care Power of Attorney, a Living Will, and a Last Will and Testament. Other documents are drafted if necessary. We get to know our clients well, and because we know them we are able to do what they would have us do.
